Description of the workshop

 

Entering the dentist's office certainly doesn't have to be an exciting experience - but it can easily be..... whether you're a manager or an employee - you decide what your patients think... You represent the brand - and that in itself is a powerful position.

 

Help shape a future where you don't have to worry about competitors, red tape, lawsuits and a squeezed economy.

 

Great service reduces patients' price sensitivity and desire to complain. In other words, it's good business.

 

Course content:

  • What is good service?

  • The difference between high and low levels of service

  • Expectations and experiences

  • Service in a way that everyone can understand

  • Acknowledging communication

  • Difficult customers

  • Service in practice

 

We work with short presentations, tasks and practical exercises.

My particular strength is my ability to excite and involve people in a process - and get them to work together, towards common goals.

Since 1993 I have worked internationally - in Europe, Asia, the USA - and most recently as Communication Director at the LEGO Group.
