HATT CONSULTING
Service with a smile
This year's event for the entire dental team.
Even if you are a professional - you still need to practice - and get new inspiration - that's what this workshop is all about. Tips, tricks and ideas, for those who deliver top quality every day - and are always on the lookout for new inspiration!
Description of the workshop
Entering the dentist's office certainly doesn't have to be an exciting experience - but it can easily be..... whether you're a manager or an employee - you decide what your patients think... You represent the brand - and that in itself is a powerful position.
Help shape a future where you don't have to worry about competitors, red tape, lawsuits and a squeezed economy.
Great service reduces patients' price sensitivity and desire to complain. In other words, it's good business.

We work with short presentations, tasks and practical exercises.
Hanne:
"Here's a practical toolkit everyone can use Monday morning. We speak a common language - and have a good laugh. In the toolbox you will find the mental mars bar, positive stepping stones, the Hjorting model and many more."
Jesper:
"From the phone to the surgery and back to the reception, everything matters. Phrases like: "I'll think about it" are not heard so often anymore when you work with the principles of this workshop."
Teachers:
My particular strength is my ability to excite and involve people in a process - and get them to work together, towards common goals.
Since 1993 I have worked internationally - in Europe, Asia, the USA - and most recently as Communication Director at the LEGO Group.
